The Executive Fellowship is a paid 12-month program housed at ASHP Headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland, that provides fellow(s) with hands-on training in all facets of not-for-profit association leadership and management. This is a terrific immersive experience for individuals to gain and hone their skills in a wide range of areas listed below. Through this fellowship, you will be working closely with executive leadership on different projects and will directly benefit from their expertise, leadership experience, and mentoring. You will be able to use the skills you gain through this fellowship throughout your career in a wide range of career opportunities. In addition, the fellowship provides you with an opportunity to gain experience in working for an Association. This position is based onsite in our Bethesda, MD office. Relocation assistance is available for this position. Candidates must be able to work onsite in our Bethesda, MD office 4 days per week. Please note that ASHP requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and candidates will be required to show proof of being fully vaccinated upon commencing employment.
